Workflow Analysis
Understanding the best way to get the job done, using the technology that you already have.
I can't tell you how many times we've been in conversations with a client, when they mention something that raises the 'There are easier ways to do that' red flag.
The other week, I was talking with a client and they mentioned that they were about to lose a (very large) client contract. They were unable to make the project profitable, and it turns out that at least part of the reason was completely avoidable: They had 15 full-time employees doing redundant manual work, including copying and pasting data from one website to another. These employees did this All. Day. Long. The manual process led to large amounts of human error, inefficiencies and customer satisfaction problems.
This was something that could have been completely avoided with some automation software and a little third-party consulting, but the manager in charge of the contract was unaware that this was even a possibility.
This might sound like an extreme case, but this kind of thing happens all the time, and it may be happening in your business right now.
Nowadays, there are many, many tools available to automate or streamline workflow. Executives and managers just need to be open to identifying places where 'There should be an easier way to do this'. With technology today, there usually is.
So, if you have a process in your company that should be easier, give us a call.
Let's see if we can work together to find a way to use technology to simplify, automate or eliminate the problem.
